In this role, she led the district’s communications and marketing strategy by building relationships with local and national media outlets, managing crisis communication and driving campaigns focused on recruiting prospective teachers, students, and donors to the organization.
In 2015, Trisha joined EMERGE as Executive Director. EMERGE is a non-profit organization that is laser focused on increasing the number of high achieving, students from low-income communities across Houston who attend and graduate from the nation’s most selective colleges and universities.
