Irene Castaneda is a seasoned staffing industry leader with a decade of experience in Healthcare Staffing, Skilled Trades, and national workforce solutions. As a Staffing Executive, she specializes in expanding markets, leading high-performing teams, and integrating operations, sales, and recruiting to drive business success. With a background in Corporate Recruiting and Executive Succession Planning at a Top 10 Public Accounting Firm, Irene has also taught business communication and soft skills at the college level. She is passionate about talent development, having trained sales professionals and created impactful soft skills programs. Irene holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois-Chicago, a Certificate in Corporate Board Leadership from the University of Chicago Graham School, and a CSP designation in Staffing. She publishes The Leadership Corner, a bi-weekly LinkedIn newsletter on staffing and leadership, and will soon launch The Hard Truth About Soft Skills, a book offering real-world corporate strategies.
