Nikki Beck

Nikki Beck is a Principal in Deloitte’s Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring practice, and focuses her efforts on delivering strategic, transformative initiatives for her Life Sciences clients. Nikki leads clients through strategic transformations spurred by acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. She specifically focuses on supporting leadership to define bold strategic objectives, while then bringing the best experienced team to support execution and maximize actual value realization. With more than ten years of experience, she has led some of the largest and most complex transformations across pharmaceuticals and medical devices, both domestic and global in nature. Prior to joining Deloitte, Nikki graduated with her MBA / MPA from the University of Texas. She also has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
