Pamela Hernandez, Ph.D.
Pamela Hernandez, Ph.D. is principal researcher and founder of Educo Research, a research firm that builds human capacity and social change through research. Educo Research builds, conducts, analyzes, and reports research, and creates strategic research plans with organizations to support organizational priorities and build human capacity. Dr. Hernandez is a first-generation immigrant, college-graduate, and the first in her family to achieve a Ph.D. She was raised in Houston, TX, and pursued higher education and work opportunities across the U.S. Dr. Hernandez has fifteen years of professional experience in public and private higher education institutions, and with various agencies across the U.S. in fields such as educational research, assessment and evaluation, as well as student leadership development, multiculturalism, diversity, and social justice training. Dr. Hernandez also is an adjunct faculty at the University of Houston-Central, College of Education where she teaches the next generation of educators and administrators. In TEW, she leads the Mentoring Program in a partnership with the University of Houston-Central and the University of Houston-Downtown campus.
