Tonnia Cotton

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Master Project Management; she is a certified trainer with DDI, DISC and holds a certification as HR Auditor. She has been in Human Resources for 25 plus years, where she has worked for Fortune 500 companies and held Directors, Manager, Officers, and Consultant positions. Tonnia started-up an HR department throughout her career. She serves on public school district advisory and CTE boards, and private school boards. She also served four years on the HR Houston Board of directors. Tonnia is a motivational speaker and has been invited to speak at Universities throughout Texas, local schools, and other organizations within the community. And the author of a book that was written to help females through struggles. Tonnia, currently is a member of the Texas Executive Women Organization. ; Tonnia is one of the members of the four families that help start a local mega church. She is also one of the founders of the Fallbrook Before and After School Program and the Fallbrook Christian Academy. Wife, mother of four and one grandchild. Tonnia is a motivation speaker and an author of a book written to help women that have experience domestic violence.
