Arcy Munoz
Arcy Muñoz is the Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Impact for the Greater Houston market for
Wells Fargo. She is responsible for program design, management and administration of Wells Fargo
philanthropy and related community engagement initiatives in the market, which includes twenty-four counties
in the Greater Houston region.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2021, she was the Community Relations Manager for Houston First Corporation
(HFC) for almost 10 years. HFC promotes Houston as a world-class destination for tourism and conventions
through the Visit Houston brand and operates the city’s convention and performing arts facilities. Ms. Muñoz
worked with various public and private entities in the region and developed strategic investment activities to
enhance the HFC brand and reputation while advancing the company’s business goals. She oversaw the
Community Relations program and focused on social investments, corporate in-kind opportunities, and outreach
efforts.
Additionally, she serves on the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC) Board of
Directors, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo General Go Texan Committee, American Leadership Forum
Class LX, 2023 Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Thought Leaders Institute, Houston Public
Media’s Young Leaders Council, Corporate Community Relations Council, Central Houston’s Young
Professionals (CHIME), Greater Houston Partnership – Houston Young Professionals Endeavor (HYPE),
Houston Hispanic Chamber’s Emerging Leaders, Class III and Leadership Houston Class XXXIII. She has
served on the Downtown Rotary Club of Houston Public Health Committee, Downtown Rotary Club of
Houston Planning Committee – Vice Chair, Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans 50th
Anniversary Committee, 2016 NCAA Final Four Community Relations Committee and the 2017-2019 Board of
Directors for Latin Women’s Initiative – Public Relations Chair, Leadership Houston XXXVIII – Class Chair
and President of Women Professionals in Government. In 2022, she was Co-Chair of Women in the Fast Lane
of STEAM and honored as a Role Model by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. In 2021,
Ms. Muñoz was named a Role Model by The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and received a
Mayoral Proclamation from the City of Houston. In 2019, she received the Woman of the Year Award in
Community Relations from Solo Mujeres Magazine, recognized as 40 Under 40 by the Houston Business
Journal, named a Role Model by The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, received the POWER
Link Award from the Power on Heels Fund and featured as an honoree in the Houston Livestock Show and
Rodeo Go Tejano Committee and 2016 KNOW Autism Foundation Gala, Fashion Shows and fundraisers
respectively.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Park University and previously worked for
the Mayor and City Council in El Paso, Texas.
