I am an attorney, licensed in Texas and California as well as a licensed patent attorney, and have been practicing as an intellectual property litigator with an emphasis on patent litigation since shortly after I graduated from law school in 2003. I have been a partner at OBWB since 2013 and have had supervisory responsibilities at the firm since then. I served as the informal internal head of the litigation group within the firm from 2013 to 2017 and was promoted to a new official outward facing position of Head of Litigation at my firm in January 2023. I have been nominated by Liz Cloud to join TEW. I have participated extensively in community service for many years.
